I LOVE THIS SALON!! I went today for the first time and i couldn’t be happier! I couldn’t find a place that knows blonde hair and Dominican. Every time i went to a place they charged an arm and a leg and i never got the color i truly want! The lady Rosa is an expert on hair color!
