I wants black faded into silver and they just put blond highlights to my roots and they were supost to be silver up to my shoulders.

Very friendly, the place looks so neat and clean, but my barber kinda messed me up. I asked for some off the side and back because it gets in my ears sometimes, and to leave the top as it is. She goes and cuts the top too. I was quite disappointed but I'm really not they type to complain about it, especially considering how welcoming and nice they were, so I just paid and left... I know it'll grow back anyways but I really was upset about it in the moment... :(
