My first experience at this Salon was with Jasmines Hair Visions. Jasmine did a good job the first go round. Unfortunately, my second visit her was for a highlight retouch and cut. Jasmine did not take the proper time to do my hair correctly, she rushed me out and then blamed me because half my hair was orange. I knew going from red to blonde would take some trial and error, but the lack of experience really showed for a professional stylist or someone who is a color expert.
