Since I'm being ignored by Jill after calling multiple times , I'm forced to post this. Hi. I had my hair done and I'm not happy that there's a chunk missing on the side. I showed it to her and she said it was a piece I was growing out. No it's not. I took a before picture the day I went in. . I also said I wanted layers and framing below my chin about an inch and a half. As you can see in the picture she cut a huge chunk out of the side my bangs are crooked.
