I had high hopes for this place and it was recommended to me by a few friends. I asked Tony for a simple mens haircut and showed a reference photo and he acted like he fully understood what to do. At the end of my appointment he turned the chair towards the mirror and my heart dropped. It was NOTHING AT ALL like the reference photo I showed. My medium thickness hair is now baby fine. It is WAY shorter than I asked for. I am very unsatisfied with this place and am never going back. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.
