If you want to be blonde, Kelly is the person to see!! She's the best! I have really bad well water and she's been able to get the perfect blonde despite all of my challenges. I would highly recommend her. I love her new location, too! Super laid back environment AND there's a cute dog in the salon. What's not to love?!?!
