I don’t normally have issues here, some of the stylist come off rude but usually a good haircut. I walked in today and set an appointment for 1:15. Came back and told it would be a little bit so I waited outside, after she continued to take other appointments. An hour later and I never got in to get my haircut.
Horrible attitude. Made an appointment for my daughter's hair to be colored and trimmed that was given as earliest the day before. Soon as we walked in she was extremely rude and aggressive. Empty salon btw. Showed her my daughters inspo pic for reference and she immediately started making excuses about not knowing if she had the colors.. I’ve gotten my hair cut for years by Heather king. She always does a fantastic job!
Love my hair! And the service is excellent!! Stylist is amazing! And the choice of music is fantastic!!!
