I’m so late writing this… but I had to come on here and write a review for Emma just as a thank you (although she didn’t ask me to). I’m SO picky when it comes to my hair. I have only put dye in my hair once before coming to Emma and I was a little nervous. We did a cut and colour(balayage) and she was patient cutting off a bit at a time until we got the perfect length. She’s good at what she does. Amazing experience thanks to Chantal! I’ve had two full sets of lashes done with her (both 2 months apart) and she has done an absolute amazing job both times!! What a complete nightmare dealing with Savanna. She rescheduled my appointment several times and then when it finally came time for my appointment she left me sitting it the waiting room for over an hour past my appointment time. I ended up leaving - too many red flags.
