I called to make an appointment and they said they could take me in twenty minutes so I drove up there from the lake and they were closed. It was close to noon so I figured they went to lunch. No sign on door but website said they were open til later so I waited til 12:30 still no show, figured they must take an hour lunch so I waited until 1:00. After several attempts to get ahold of someone they answered and told me they had closed early that they could make an appointment for in the morning. No thanks, very unprofessional... read more
