I went to Dori for a color correction by a stylist elsewhere. "Hot spots" left blobs of blond on my hair which Dori fixed fabulously. Dori used a single process but two different shades - one for the grayer front and one for the darker back. I left with corrected hair and returned for highlights a few days later. I love my hair. So will you!
