10/10 recommend Abby and her team for wedding hair & makeup! Abby was the only stylist I seriously considered after reading reviews on The Knot, and she was worth every penny! You can tell immediately how experienced she is. She did hair for 9 of us (me, both moms, 4 bridesmaids, and 2 flower girls), and my hair literally did not budge all night despite crazy wind gusts and a cathedral veil. I loved working with Abby for my wedding hair and makeup. We did a trial together (which I highly recommend). I wanted a few changes after the trial and she incorporated them perfectly day-of. I do not normally wear much makeup and Abby made sure I still felt like myself. My mom, MIL & SIL had their hair done at the same time by her colleague, and they all loved their looks too!
Abby at Shear Abby Beauty is absolutely the best hairstylist in Boulder! She’s been doing my hair for over 20 years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. From everyday cuts to beautiful updos for special occasions, Abby always nails it. She listens, she’s incredibly talented, and she consistently makes me feel amazing when I leave her chair. I love her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stylist.

Abby and her assistant, Bridget on the day of the wedding were fantastic! Leading up to the wedding, Abby was efficient with communication and the trials. I was OBSESSED with my hair and makeup. I wanted something minimal and she did a fantastic job. My flower girls (nieces) loved getting their hair and makeup done by her as well. Loved her work! Highly recommend!
