Well I want to say that I was driving a Hilco Co Mack loaded heading west when I developed a serious water leak. I arrived. The preliminary inspection was done. The hose clamp was put on wrong from the factory. It cut the hose 360 degrees around. This Shop had me going very quickly. The operations manger was very good. The mechanics were very good. Subpar work. Subpar customer service.
This company is a scammer!!! Worst experience in the US in all my years of work. NOx sensor replacement is $782, labor is $812!!! We refused this service, they wouldn't give us the truck key until we paid $588 for two hours of labor!!! Don't go to these scammers, they don't work, they just collect money for downtime and deliberately set high prices to deter people.
Worst ever possible, do not bring your truck here. Sent a bill for 4500$ for a nox sensor when declined charged 600$ for diagnostics even though we said right away that we did the diagnostics and it is only the nox sensor.
