This company is a scammer!!! Worst experience in the US in all my years of work. NOx sensor replacement is $782, labor is $812!!! We refused this service, they wouldn't give us the truck key until we paid $588 for two hours of labor!!! Don't go to these scammers, they don't work, they just collect money for downtime and deliberately set high prices to deter people.
Worst ever possible, do not bring your truck here. Sent a bill for 4500$ for a nox sensor when declined charged 600$ for diagnostics even though we said right away that we did the diagnostics and it is only the nox sensor.
It's not often that I work with a dealership as knowledgeable as Shealy's in Candler. The service team provided daily updates, we knew the repair will take long, and they made sure we know where they are every step of the way. We are extremely happy with the service provided! MP Carriers Inc
