Hands down the worst truck shop in the south east. The bigger your corporation the more you get ripped off. Took my truck multiple times and somehow always had more problems than it had before. $30k later and I still have a check engine light and multiple issues. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from here.
Respond to all the good reviews but rip someone off and all you can say privately is “come back and see us to make it right?”… I am out of state and the only way to make it right is to give back the money you stole … charging for free updates without notifying me that the price would be much higher than just a few hundred dollars… that’s robbery
Let me first say… I read all the reviews waiting on my truck. Only one or two bad reviews,and I initially gave them 4-5 stars… I came in for some clogged fuel filters. I was told the price and was aware that that work was NOT UNDER WARRANTY…. Where the problem started was tell me I needed some “updates” . I was aware of that too, because two days before I tried to do a remote update with Volvo uptime but the system was down or was getting maintenance.
