DR. Palmer and the staff are always kind, helpful, informative, and provide exceptional health care. I'm so grateful I found DR. Palmer.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Palmer. During my appointment, she came across as condescending and dismissive rather than compassionate or attentive. I did not feel heard when discussing my concerns, and the interaction felt lacking genuine interest in my health or questions. A medical appointment should feel collaborative and respectful, but unfortunately that was not my experience here. I hope future patients receive a more empathetic and patient-centered level of care.

Dr. Palmer was great! Very engaging, thorough and empathetic. We worked through a few concerns and made a plan to address. I needed two referrals and these were done without any delays. The staff supporting her was also top notch!
