As a new patient I felt welcomed. Sheallah Palmer asked all the necessary questions to help me with my problem and lead me in the right direction. Definitely will be using her a my PCP

I went in to this office to get a return to work letter. Dr Palmer proceeded to ask me a bunch of questions and then would not allow me to answer questions without speaking over me. I explained to her that I felt rushed and that she wasn’t allowing me to explain to her my answers. She also never addressed my elevated blood pressure or my Heart Disease that I had questions about. It was great to see Dr. Palmer in her new BayCare Group location in Tampa. She has been my Primary Physician since 2017 therefore I trust her decisions regarding my healthcare. Upon my arrival the check-in staff was extremely helpful. Dr. Palmer’s Assistant, Anthony, was friendly and efficient. Dr. Palmer arrived immediately following Anthony’s work. She was very thorough in her checkup and made sure I knew that it was nice to see me again.
