Terrible, terrible and terrible. Dr. Palmer talks over you and rushes out the door. Takes weeks to get a refill/authorization. Putting patients' health at risk because they don't want to work or be efficient is not ok. Oh, and office manager won't return a call either, so no opportunities to fix the situation. So disappointing.
This was my first visit with Dr. Palmer as a PCP. She has amazing bedside manner. She was very thorough in our visit. We went over EVERYTHING. The appointment was not rushed and I felt heard and cared for. I’m glad I found her

Dr. Palmer is very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. She has a wonderful bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her and am thankful to have her as my physician! Her nurse, Sue was exceptional as well!
