Too bad there isn't a "zero" star, because she deserves it. Palmer is too worried about pushing a flu shot or COVID vaccine on you than being a Dr that listens to a patients concerns and genuinely wants to help them. She is very condescending and rude and lacks good people skills. She looks for any opportunity to not prescribe patients their normal maintenance medications. I was two minutes late for an appointment that I waited 3 months for. The MA’s tried to explain that I had my infant with me and that’s why I was late, she refused to see me. She didn’t even come to talk to me herself, there was no one in the lobby. It’s extremely hard to get days off at my work so I scheduled my daughter and I’s appointments for the same day. Terrible experience with this doctor. She doesn’t listen, her lack of knowledge and providing incorrect information is a huge concern. She didn’t examine me, does not “allow” her patients to see other doctors or PAs in the group if she is unavailable, and suggests going to urgent care if she can’t see you. I’ll never go to her again. Huge waste of my time. Giving one star only because zero stars isn’t an option.
