damaged the entrance to my attic. not that big of a deal. it's the company's lack of showing up and never following up. I have a 5yr warranty on this system and it's grinding after almost 3 years. so now I have to pay out of pocket because of no-call no shows. it's unfortunate he has employee issues (as stated by them), but you can't keep the business afloat, throw in the towel and stop leading customers on by saying they can do the work.
Doesn't show up in time for the job. Doesn't do the job in a professional manner and collects money and doesn't finish the job. HL Bowman came and finished everything and actually laughed at the work that was done. Complete headache and shouldn't even be in business. For your own sake of saving time and money, I'd look elsewhere.
Scott & Dakota and team are the best around! In addition to using them personally, I manage a townhouse rental agency and we utilize Sheaffer Mechanical for all of our plumbing/HVAC needs. They're quick to respond and they always do what it takes to make sure we're back in business.
Was charges $3200 to replace all the old plumbing under my house a year ago. He personally told me that it was guaranteed and if it leaked to call him. I had a leak and he was too busy to come out so I asked a friend to take a look. None of the plumbing was changed out. The old grey pipes were still there. I spoke to two of my neighbors that he did the same work for and come to find out he didn’t change their pipes either and they were also charged. He left me without water for 4 days because he was too busy until I pitched ... read more
