I’ve had two leaks since the installations been done. Also, one of the units isn’t working properly and they told me they get it fixed. It’s been seven months now the owner Scott told me he’d be out to fix it doesn’t answer. I would strongly discourage anyone from using Sheaffer's Mechanical based on my family's recent experience. My nearly 80-year-old father hired them to install a new air conditioning unit, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. The company failed to show up on five separate occasions. In most cases, they did not even contact my father to let him know they would not be coming—he had to call them himself to find out what was going on. Pricing is good. But been waiting for a fuel oil tank install for 3 years and he keeps saying he will be out but doesn't show. It's paid for by the way. Last fall he delivered tank but it's still sitting uninstalled in the yard. I would not recommend unless you need a new headache.
One year already and not started my work. Keep making excuses. They have not returned my down payment yet. Worst ever ever experience.
