One year already and not started my work. Keep making excuses. They have not returned my down payment yet. Worst ever ever experience.
Scott and his crew put in an HVAC in my house 5 years ago and it's been issue free after the recent heatwave my compressor went out and I contacted Scott about the issue he responded to me at 9:00 p.m. at night and told me he would try to get somebody there first thing in the morning to look at the issue. I’ve had two leaks since the installations been done. Also, one of the units isn’t working properly and they told me they get it fixed. It’s been seven months now the owner Scott told me he’d be out to fix it doesn’t answer. No shows definitely shouldn’t have. went with this company For the mini split system install
damaged the entrance to my attic. not that big of a deal. it's the company's lack of showing up and never following up. I have a 5yr warranty on this system and it's grinding after almost 3 years. so now I have to pay out of pocket because of no-call no shows. it's unfortunate he has employee issues (as stated by them), but you can't keep the business afloat, throw in the towel and stop leading customers on by saying they can do the work.
Doesn't show up in time for the job. Doesn't do the job in a professional manner and collects money and doesn't finish the job. HL Bowman came and finished everything and actually laughed at the work that was done. Complete headache and shouldn't even be in business. For your own sake of saving time and money, I'd look elsewhere.
