I agree that Dr. Sheaffer is a kind, caring and competent Endodontist, however, the office staff using an incorrect procedure code for an evaluation, resulted in my claim not being covered. Even my insurance provider, Delta Dental, said it was the wrong code, but the office refused to correct it. I had to submit a Grievance with Delta Dental to dispute it.
