Tom, came out and measured for a shower glass door. Took a deposit and promised that the door will be installed in two weeks. It's been more than a month with zero response to our messages and phone calls.
I also had Tom come out and give me an estimate for shower glass in November, 2022. I sent him a check for $1500, which he cashed immediately and have not been able to contact him since then. I am planning to file a claim in small claims court and file fraud charges with the District Attorney's office also

Gave a 900$ deposit 2 months ago check cashed right away and Shea Oshea totally has gone dark will not return calls or emails, It was Tom that came to the house to measure, only coarse left is to take to small claims court.
