I’ve seen 5 therapists over the past 38 years due to moving across the country or just not gelling with them. Dr. Shea is by far the best. I had lost much hope that anyone would be able to truly help with my anxiety, depression, anger, and grief. But Dr. Shea did. It feels weird giving a bad review of a therapist on here, but I have to say. It was certainly a little bit of a strange experience. I met with her and the first couple of times of course when you don’t know somebody, it’s a little awkward and just may be getting to know somebody. In my opinion I do not think this Therapist is qualified to help anyone. Especially children. Mrs Shea had a tremendous negative impact on my family. She made a very hard situation for me and my daughters much worse in my opinion. My Daughters have also had a Law Guardians that would agree. I once had the most beautiful relationship with my two amazing daughters and now I don’t , and a big part of that is because of Mrs. Shea and the fact that I wasn’t the parent paying her.
