We scheduled consultations with CJ. We arrived on time and waited 30 minutes. The receptionist called for her multiple times letting her know we were there. When I asked how much longer she said “Another 30 minutes.” Very unprofessional to have a scheduled client wait an hour past their appointment time for a 10 minute consultation.
