Doc is great, front staff doesn't seem to care. Major issue is your appointment can be whenever but you sit forever till they take you. 1 hour wait even tho I scheduled it months ahead of time. They do not stick to time frames.
Dr. Shea was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly explain our son’s tongue tie procedure, making sure my husband and I understood exactly what to expect before, during, and after the procedure. He never made us feel rushed and patiently answered every question we had, giving us complete confidence in the care our son was receiving. Dr. Shea is a very experienced and caring ENT. I am a retired clinical audiologist who relocated to this area from metro Atlanta and I thoroughly researched and tried more than one ENT in the metro Sarasota area for my unusual ear condition that requires regular periodic treatment s/p Ramsey Hunt in 2012. I can not speak highly enough of his expertise and caring personality along with his staff. He’s a keeper for sure!!!
