Our 1st visit to this office was lovely, Dr Shea went into detail about my daughter's condition, let me ask all the questions I needed. He was very professional but also communicates to you like your friends. Our 2nd visit was a last minute appointment and he made room in his schedule to see us. He was very understanding, compassionate and also very forthcoming with knowledge. His staff returned my phone calls as urgently as they could and have been nothing but kind and respectful. Would 1000% recommend this office!!
Dr. Roger Shea is an exceptional ENT, and I am incredibly grateful for the care he provided. From the start, he was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. What truly set him apart was that he took the time after hours to help with a post-operative issue that was unrelated to the surgery itself. Absolutely always the best. Seen several of my kids and always a great experience. Shae is sucha good doctor. Truly cares.
Called for an emergency. His answering service allows you to connect to his cellphone in case of emergencies but I was completely ignored. Never received a call back either. Ended up going to a different ENT and was found to have a fulminant fungal ear infection that required debridement.
