Took a while to be an established patient. So, after I was, I was surprised I was abandoned when I had a severe case of covid. Calls not returned nor was a quick telehealth appt. created. Hour long waits in the waiting room when I did see her, and the last appointment the staff failed to get ahold of me to tell me she had to cancel. Disappointed all around. Go elsewhere.
Didn't have a visit. It took months to get a new patient visit and then she cancels at the last minute because she was "over-booked". She's not that good.
Dr Shea is a wonderful family physician. She has helped me overcome alot of my health problems. I would recommend her to anyone that would like a doctor who doesn't prescribe a pill for every problem
She is so nice, I just want to Hug Her! I have had some tremendous Physicians at times, but she always gives "just a Little bit more"...She will always be a Hit with me! My Favorite of all Time,...Dr. Elena s. Shea. There really no Rating possible, she is simply The very best,...as a Physician, as a Woman, As a person! Mr. William. (william r. adams).
Be careful - she will tell you one thing and code the visit as something completely different. I now have a $300 and getting any help from the clinic is like pulling teeth. Disappointing because I love the convenience of this facility, but I do not trust them and I do not think they have the patients best interest in mind.

At the appointment with Dr Shea She told me one thing and then the Rx she was questioned by Pharmacist and they decided they would make me wait 30 days because I had a much milder form of medication. So I said ok and waited longer than the time and went to the pharmacy who told me there was still a hold on it, then they said they could not get hold of the DR. I don't like someone that tells you one thing to your face and changes behind your back. I would not recmend Her to any one.
