My wife and I contracted with Shea-Connelly Development LLC to build us a custom residence in Eastern Maricopa County. We sincerely regret this decision. At all times, we believe Bart Shea was the principal of Shea-Connelly. The construction contract drafted by Shea-Connelly was a standard AIA form which contained a requirement that disputes be resolved by AAA arbitration, and incorporated the AAA Construction Arbitration Rules.
