As a first time patient of the Shea Clinic my experience was nothing short of amazing. I was involved in a terrible car accident on 7/13/26 and was treated at Methodist North hospital. Should you book here? Absolutely! What an amazing experience I have had so far at Shea Clinic. I was born in Memphis & have family there but I currently live outside Dallas. After being diagnosed with Otosclerosis, I searched for the best doctor to perform my Stapedectomy. Maybe the state board of medical examiners would like to know that you're billing uninsured patients $500 upfront without telling them beforehand. I believe that qualifies as fraudulent billing practices under TN state law.
Dr. Staffel and his team are amazing. I had been suffering from a deviated septum for years and am so glad I went to them for a consultation and resulting surgery. They have been professional and helpful every step of the way, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of ENT services.
