I used Shea Bros to replace my sewer drain from the house to the main sewer under the road. They were great to work with, very quick at getting the permits through the city and starting the project. Kim at their office was great at communicating and keeping me up to date with the project. I’d definitely recommend them for any project
I was completely impressed with Shea Bros from beginning to end. The Office Administrator, Kim, was so pleasant it was almost like talking to a friend 🥰. The team that showed up to complete the project was just a pleasant , happy, group of guys. This company leaves a mess behind causing damages to vehicle tires and refuses to take any responsibility or reimburse people after their crew causes damage to others personal property. They instead tell you to go through your insurance. I have proof in emails for damage to my truck and my boyfriend’s work truck and would recommend you stay clear of Shea Bros. Drainage. Shea Bros. replaced my sewer lateral in a timely manner. They went out of their way to get the needed permits quickly from the City as well as the needed locates for water and gas. They got the job done in a day, after getting the permits and locates. Although straight forward, they had to dig through a lot of tree roots which they had no problem with. So no more waste water issues, knock on wood. Price for this type of job was good too. And they're happy to answer any questions you may have.
