She turns head Salon are a group of very kind compassionate and respectful individuals. This my first time and I really appreciate the service Zenora was my stylist and she did a wonderful job to my hair
Zenora did a fantastic job on my silk press I got the deluxe which included a trim and deep conditioning made my bob feel silky smooth and bouncy for my volume in my bob! Go to her she takes care of your needs! I went to her to get my hair styled for the Cardi B concert and my hair still lasted despite the humidity and dancing I’ll keep going to her every time I come into town!
I waited a couple days to write this review as I wanted to speak from facts and not solely off feelings & emotions. I want to start off by saying that the salon itself is absolutely beautiful and the vibes were great. However, I was very disappointed with the final results of my hair. I came in for a loc retwist and I must say it was easily one of the worst $90 that I’ve spent in my life. My hair was horrible! The stylist didn’t even dry my hair. Update: The owner reached out directly to apologize and make the situation right. I appreciate her acknowledgement and sincerity to rectify the concern. This review is difficult to write. I’ve gone to this salon for a few years and have recommended it to co-workers and family. Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My appointment was delayed by two hours.
