I cannot recommend Brooke enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has an endless supply of recommendations, exercises, insights, and solutions. She is the definition of listening and responding, to ensure she can help you to the best of her abilities. On top of being a well rounded therapist she’s also kind and genuine and has a way of making you feel safe and cared for - she makes you feel like you’re with a friend. If you’re looking for a top notch therapist, Brooke is the way to go.
