I Highly Recommend Brooke from She Thrives. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. She created a Personalized exercise routine that was easy to learn and she spend time to help me learn to do them correctly.
At first I was unsure about seeing a pelvic health specialist but after my complimentary phone consult with Brooke I could tell she was someone I'd be very comfortable working with. Brooke is extremely knowledgeable, warm and supportive. She helped me with a long standing issue in just a few sessions. I highly recommend her for pelvic health therapy.
Brooke came to our Girl Scout meeting to teach our girls about Puberty and she was so amazing! She had some really wonderful resources, topics and even had the girls decorate fun bags and cupcakes at the end. The girls were nervous about the meeting, but within minutes she put everyone at ease! I highly recommend her for parties or troop meetings. She’s fantastic!!
I have loved working with She Thrives during my pregnancy journey! Brooke has been so attentive to my concerns and has provided individualized care, advice and plans to keep my pelvic floor healthy. I have learned so much from Brooke about a topic that is often under discussed. I wish every woman had the chance to work with her especially during pregnancy.
