I'm 66 yrs old and I attended my first yoga class here!! I will be a regular attendee because Celia was a great and caring instructor.
I had an awesome time at S.H.E. Suite during my yoga class. I love the atmosphere and Celia’s class was a lot of fun and an incredible workout! The limited class size allows the instructor to give you individual attention and to adapt the flow of the class to the participants. I can’t wait to do it again.
I experienced Trap Yoga for the first time today!! It was exhilarating and yes, surprisingly, I achieved my Zen!!! If you love yoga AND trap music, you should definitely come!!
