I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years and Cindy is by far the best nail artist I have ever been to! She always does an incredible job on my nails no matter how horrible they are when I come in. Her attention to detail is unmatched by anyone I have ever gone too. She absolutely killed this birthday set for me! If you are looking for an expert nail artist book with Cindy!
