I was very uncomfortable due to the receptionist, she was very unfriendly. Entering the room, the moment the gynecologist came into the room till the time she was done, I felt like I was just an item on a conveyer belt, quickly passed. The clanking and banging of the droor(s) and clamming of the metal clamp was loud, and unsettling. The aftermath? I’ve been in complete pain since I’ve been there. I’ve never experienced such unpleasantry. After being a patient of 15 loyal years. I will not ever be coming back.
Great experience! The staff is peopled by caring professionals. Wait times are minimal.
Dr Forbes is the best. She always listens to my concerns without judgment.
I always love interacting with the office staff, in person or over the phone. Hands down, some of the most consistently helpful and friendly people! Dr. Forbes herself is wonderful too. She has massively improved my quality of life through the diagnosis she gave me and the treatment plan she put me on. A++ experience, all around.
