This was my second time going here, I absolutely loved it the first time so I came back. I got my hair done with literally 10 maybe 15 foils on top, and nothing through out or on the bottom of these foils… I also got my eye brows waxed. I was charged for a FULL head of highlights, +wax… I didn’t realize what I was charged nor did I bring it up to her until after the appointment, cuz I thought maybe her prices went up, which I understand, but to charge for a full highlight and you only get a partial??
