Amazing, beautiful and clean facility! The staff are great and so easy to talk to. My nail tech Tracy helped me pick out the colour for my cat-eye nails and gave me alternative options because I was so indecisive. My nails turned out perfect and I am very picky when it comes to my nails, but they are perfectly done! Thank you so much.
Just got my nails done here today (shellac) and brought a reference photo. I wanted (what I now know is called aura nails?) a dark red base with a bright red ombré in the middle on three nails and the same but with blue on the other two. I showed them a picture just to show what the design I wanted was but was very clear and insistent that I have picked different colours. The artist started out super sweet but painted the base black. I have to say I am very impressed at the cleanliness and appearance of this nail salon. I have been to many different ones around Barrie and this was by far the cleanest. I was welcomed very kindly by staff and provided great service. I got a shellac mani pedi here by Julie and I would highly recommend booking with her. I will definitely be returning!
