Excellent and efficient work by Rob Scott. He changed my pilot light assembly of my 20 years old majestic fireplace and it works perfectly now. He takes the time to explain what the problem was and how he's fixing it. He also suggested to change the old valves around it for newer/safer ones and changed them on the spot for us. At around 8:30am on a Saturday morning, we discovered that our gas fireplace would not turn on. I did a quick Google search and came across SHC and read some positive reviews of Rob's work. We had a fantastic experience with Scott Home Comfort Heating Cooling. The technician did an excellent job fixing our gas fireplace—everything is now working perfectly. He was very professional and took the time to clearly explain what the issue was and how it was resolved, which we really appreciated. It gave us great peace of mind. I reached out to SHC based on the excellent reviews, to look at our fireplace that suddenly stopped working. Rob responded quickly, diagnosing the problem and explaining what needed to be done. He is very knowledgeable and happy to talk through exactly what he was doing and the reason. I appreciate his attention to detail and will keep SHC in my contact list for future reference or to share.
Can’t say enough positive things about Rob and his work. I called for help with reigniting the pilot light in my fireplace. It turned out to not be a simple job however Rob was persistent in finding the solution and explaining everything to me. Fireplace is now working again and I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for help.
