Rob provided gas fireplace servicing for us to ensure a functioning system as we are selling our home and wanted to make sure there were no issues. Rob was quick and efficient but also took the time to explain the 'what and why' of the servicing. Fireplace now looks great and works great. Would recommend Scott Home Comfort needing work done.
Rob was awesome! Our AC broke down on the hottest day of the year so far. Rob was able to come on that day, diagnose the problem and had our ac working within hours. He was very thorough and meticulous while repairing our ac. It is obvious that Rob takes great pride in his work. We will definitely be using Rob for all of our HVAC maitenance/repairs!
Very happy with the job Spoke to Rob over the phone after finding him on Internet. He arrived as scheduled, analyzed the problem, cleaned and fixed our fireplace. He also checked our furnace if any service work needed. The quote was very fair as he was dealing with a 15 year old gas fireplace. Amazing experience from start to finish! Rob was very responsive, professional and prompt. I would highly recommend Scott Home Comfort for all heating/cooling/fireplace service needs.

Called SHC when a problem reoccurred with my fireplace a few months after another business had serviced and "fixed" it. Rob arranged a time that was convenient for us to come to our home. He arrived on time and conscientiously began to explore the issue. He was able to correctly identify the problem and fix it within a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price! We would definitely use SHC again!
