Rob provided gas fireplace servicing for us to ensure a functioning system as we are selling our home and wanted to make sure there were no issues. Rob was quick and efficient but also took the time to explain the 'what and why' of the servicing. Fireplace now looks great and works great. Would recommend Scott Home Comfort needing work done.
Rob was awesome! Our AC broke down on the hottest day of the year so far. Rob was able to come on that day, diagnose the problem and had our ac working within hours. He was very thorough and meticulous while repairing our ac. It is obvious that Rob takes great pride in his work. We will definitely be using Rob for all of our HVAC maitenance/repairs!
Called SHC when a problem reoccurred with my fireplace a few months after another business had serviced and "fixed" it. Rob arranged a time that was convenient for us to come to our home. He arrived on time and conscientiously began to explore the issue. He was able to correctly identify the problem and fix it within a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price! We would definitely use SHC again!
Did a fantastic job. I had a gas line installed in my kitchen. Looks like Rob knows what he was doing and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Yes you can trust him.
Our gas fireplace was making a concerning noise when it would ignite and it seemed unsafe to turn on. It is our main source of heat so we were happy that Rob was able to help us so quick. He found and fixed the issue and cleaned the fireplace. It looks better than it has since we’ve lived here and it’s working perfectly. He is professional and knowledgeable. We love supporting independent businesses when we can and we will be calling Rob next time we need service.
