Excellent and efficient work by Rob Scott. He changed my pilot light assembly of my 20 years old majestic fireplace and it works perfectly now. He takes the time to explain what the problem was and how he's fixing it. He also suggested to change the old valves around it for newer/safer ones and changed them on the spot for us. He was also available quickly to fix my issue which is nice as I had been waiting for 6 weeks to hear back from another company. I am a repeat customer and for good reasons. Rob is a professional, customer-oriented and does exceptional quality work. He fully explained to me issues that may be come apparent, took the time to address my questions by providing a full explanation, and walking me through certain procedures. He is safety conscious bringing a matter regarding my fireplace door gas and offering alternatives. If anyone for quality work for heating, then I would recommending Rob.
Rob Scott completed our fireplace maintenance in an extremely professional manner. He arrived early and gave my wife and I very helpful points in turning the pilot light on and off, use of the fan control and ensuring proper air flow during usage. Would. Recommend him to anyone.
I was having trouble with my remote / receiver not connecting. Was able to get same day service on my napoleon gas fireplace which was amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful, my fireplace looks brand new now and is working great! Recommend 100%
