We had a fantastic experience with Scott Home Comfort Heating Cooling. The technician did an excellent job fixing our gas fireplace—everything is now working perfectly. He was very professional and took the time to clearly explain what the issue was and how it was resolved, which we really appreciated. It gave us great peace of mind. Excellent and efficient work by Rob Scott. He changed my pilot light assembly of my 20 years old majestic fireplace and it works perfectly now. He takes the time to explain what the problem was and how he's fixing it. He also suggested to change the old valves around it for newer/safer ones and changed them on the spot for us. At around 8:30am on a Saturday morning, we discovered that our gas fireplace would not turn on. I did a quick Google search and came across SHC and read some positive reviews of Rob's work. I gave him a call and explained our situation and he was at our place fairly quickly. Only three hours after discovering the issue, our fireplace was working perfectly thanks to Rob. We called Rob on Sunday for a BBQ line install, he came by Monday to have a look at the area, detailed what he needed to do. He discussed options with us, and ultimately let us know what would be best. He came on short notice, on time, was reliable, and did solid work. We would certainly use his services again and are happy to recommend him.
I had my Fire place repaired and serviced by Rob Scott. He did an amazing job . He was on time ,answered all our questions and his charges were reasonable. I live in Barhevan and strongly recommend for your future needs
