I am a repeat customer and for good reasons. Rob is a professional, customer-oriented and does exceptional quality work. He fully explained to me issues that may be come apparent, took the time to address my questions by providing a full explanation, and walking me through certain procedures. He is safety conscious bringing a matter regarding my fireplace door gas and offering alternatives. If anyone for quality work for heating, then I would recommending Rob.
Rob Scott completed our fireplace maintenance in an extremely professional manner. He arrived early and gave my wife and I very helpful points in turning the pilot light on and off, use of the fan control and ensuring proper air flow during usage. Would. Recommend him to anyone.
Rob provided gas fireplace servicing for us to ensure a functioning system as we are selling our home and wanted to make sure there were no issues. Rob was quick and efficient but also took the time to explain the 'what and why' of the servicing. Fireplace now looks great and works great. Would recommend Scott Home Comfort needing work done.
Rob was awesome! Our AC broke down on the hottest day of the year so far. Rob was able to come on that day, diagnose the problem and had our ac working within hours. He was very thorough and meticulous while repairing our ac. It is obvious that Rob takes great pride in his work. We will definitely be using Rob for all of our HVAC maitenance/repairs!
Rob Scott performed a gas fireplace service in my home today. Rob was on time, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He quickly and easily fixed all the problems with the fireplace plus added enhancements improving it's functionality and appearance. Over and above all of that, he took the time to teach and explain important safety and maintenance issues enabling me to do some tasks on my own in the future.
