Rob did a wonderful job cleaning and servicing our gas fireplaces recently. He is very knowledgeable, took the time to fix things that we didn’t even realize were broken and thoroughly explained how to properly shut down the fireplaces for the summer. His price was more than fair and he went above and beyond with the information he provided. Would recommend Scott Home Comfort to anyone and will definitely call Rob again for our own home. Rob is a true professional with a great customer service attitude and aptitude. His work was completed in minimal time and very neat. Ensured that all area was cleaned up and that I was provided with the knowledge that I needed to ensure the quiet and efficient running of my system. Even took the time to do a small repair that he did not charge for. His customer service was exemplary.
I contacted SHC to fix a 25 year-old gas fireplace free-standing stove that was no longer lighting. Rob was punctual (even a few minutes early), took the unit apart and was able to fix it without any new parts, thus saving us hundreds of dollars. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He finished by doing a meticulous cleaning, the stove looked like new! Couldn't be happier with the service. Great to be able to deal with the owner.
We Called Rob and he made time for us right away! He diagnosed our air conditioner problem quickly and explained the process of what he was testing and what the expected results of the test should be. This is the second time we've called on Rob for help and we've been very happy with the results both times! We will use his service again!
Bob was fantastic. He was very quick to set up our appointment, arrived on time, diagnosed & resolved the problem with our gas fire place quickly, serviced & cleaned it, and then gave us several helpful tips for maintaining it. Plus, he was friendly, rearranged/added embers to improve the look of our fireplace, and cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend.
