I had a great experience trying on wedding dresses at Shazzam this weekend! Georgie was super helpful and supportive, I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into anything and she was great at picking out a range of options for me to try. I wasn’t expecting to buy a dress the first time I went shopping but so excited I found the one! Thank you :)
I visited Shazzam today to try on wedding dresses for the very first time, I was super unsure of my style, size and what I wanted in a dress. Georgie was my stylist and I cannot rate her highly enough. I just bought my wedding dress from here today and Rhonda and Georgie went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me!!! Seriously the best service I have ever received. We ran into a slight problem and wasn’t sure which direction to go in, and they both done everything in their power to resolve it!!! My sweet mum was on FaceTime from the UK and was blown away at how helpful they both were and we got everything resolved and ordered!! Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!! I was recommended to this store for my bridal dress as due to unforseen circumstances, my friends mum had no wedding dress 8 weeks out from her wedding. Apparently they were super accommodating and just made her feel really at ease. I also have another friend who has got her bridal dress from here also and she was overly happy about her experience. Shazzam is a really beautiful store with super lovely staff. I had an appointment to look at wedding dresses, and I had such a great experience. Jenny & Tara really looked after us, and I didn’t feel pressured or rushed when trying on dresses. Their experience and expertise were incredible, making wedding dress shopping easy and fun. The range of dresses and flexibility in ordering in sizes to try on was great too. :)
