This place is a scam. Our insurance cancelled my husbands insurance because of the huge claims they made for his windshield. One claim for over 300.00 then a second claim for over 800.00!!! Don’t use them, save the nightmare we are going through.
The salesman that approached me was friendly and didn't pressure me into a sale. The installer was also friendly, on time, and good with communication. The windshield, so far, seems to be installed appropriately and well. The one star comes from everything else. The installer left without giving me the receipt. We bill according to a national average that all glass shops use besides Safelite. It is called NAGS. It is generated by a company called MItchell that also determines rates for mechanical and body shop repair. Progressive, like many other insurance companies, thinks they are entitled to a 50% discount. Safelite bills what they bill because they are not only the installer of the glass, the make their own "low grade" glass in China and they are the third party billing company for these insurance companies. This is a joke. They handled everything for me alright. Right down to the $1100 bill they sent my insurance!!!! And now my insurance is GOING UP because the "cost" exceeded $500! If your reading this, I highly suggest NOT USONG THIS COMPANY.

We bill according to NAGS pricing which is the industry standard. All glass shops bill the same amount. Your 2015 Toyota Prius just happens to be an expensive windshield. Progressive wants you to use Safelite because they use substandard glass which they make themselves in China. They are rip off They charge me $2000 to change the front windshield my insurance company just called and told me my insurance will go up because I have to put a claim for the amount of cost they charge for the windshield there a scam company does not cost $2000 to change a windshield in the vehicle there walking around the mall‘s and letting people know they can fix their glass real quick no cost to them keep an eye out
My windshield recently got replaced with Shazam auto glass , and I am one happy driver. While driving home one afternoon, I was struck by debris on the highway. Although it had only nicked my windshield, within a couple days it had grown and stretched out in every direction. The worst customer service that I have ever seen. I requested a service repair for my windshield when the rubber molding that Shazam installed came loose after 2 weeks of driving. They took 3 days to finally respond and repair the glass. But while on the phone with Shazam after the third day of them not even answering the phone (they finally answered my call when I used an anonymous number) I heard the manager "Sean" say I don't want to speak to him after I requested to speak with the person in charge.
