I paid 80.00 over the phone for an estimate to install ceramic tile in a 740 sq ft area (two rooms). I needed a written estimate for the financing. I called and was told he would get me the estimate as soon as we hung up the phone. Nothing. He advised that he had someone that could stop by and look at the job one evening and nobody ever showed up. I'm out 80.00 for an estimate that was "estimated" over the phone. Communication was lacking. I have waited since the end of January for a call back. Only crickets.
My boy Don hooked me up with a very clean bathroom remodel, helped install extra trim around baseboards and overall great customer service and well respectable individual.

Shay replaced my flooring 2 years ago the whole downstairs he was extremely professional. And helped with the remodeling of my kitchen. I was extremely happy with everything that he did. I'm looking forward to him remodeling my primary bathroom🙂👍 Thank you for all your hard work and your time and being professional🙂
