I bought a Groupon to book with Los Angeles braids with Ann i believe. I was directed to shays hair salon. My appointment was at 930 am and the store was closed. I called multiple times over the span of 30 minutes and got no reply. At 10 am a woman that works there pulled up and looked at me while entering the store as if she knew why I was there. I went inside to check if I was at the right location and she said she didn't know anything about a los Angeles braids but I noticed there were capes on every seat with Los Angeles... read more

Terrible customer service. Where do I begin? So I had a 3 p.m appointment with the one they call "Mrs.Beauty". She text me and said can we make it 3:30 she is running a little behind on a client. I replied back with "that is okay". No big deal right? Get there 3:25 but she still working on client till 4:10p.m. But still no problem for me. But Now when it's my turn and I finally sit down she tells me she doesn't feel like doing what we agreed on & that it will take to long. How tacky and unprofessional was this? Very
