Our assigned doctor was unavailable for a timely appointment, and I can see why Dr. Hey had openings sooner. I would recommend others to explore different doctors at this facility. Dr. Hsu is a paid employee and should be providing clear answers to basic questions about diet, medication effects, and so on, rather than just giving us multiple referrals for basics. I won’t be scheduling any more appointments with her in the future.

I recently returned to Kaiser and was assigned Dr. Hsu as my primary. Dr. Hsu was very rude and inconsiderate to my diagnosis of PCOS. I expressed concern with my symptoms manifesting stronger and my significant weight gain over the last few months and my concern of having diabetes due to my PCOS which she very rudely responded by saying "and your weight". I would give her negative stars if I could. Never responds to messages, does not care about her patients. It is very obvious that she does not care for her patients. When I do get a response, it's from a RN or some other staff.
