Dr. Upchurch is fantastic. She remembers what we talked about last visit and incorporates that with new information to find the best approach to help me feel better. Her staff in office is great.
Shes amazing and an educational healer
Initially, I would’ve given Dr. Upchurch a 5 star rating, however, after 2 months of sending messages, asking questions about prescriptions and generalized inquires and no response from the doctor or the assistant, once returning I’ll be going to another doctor. Very poor communication!!!! No response to me equates lack of care for your patients! Though I know I’m not the only patient, I should still be treated with the same care that others have. Dr. Upchurch takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. I never feel rushed during my appointments. Her calm and caring manner makes difference.
