Dr Upchurch has been my PCP for over a year now and I am very happy with her. Understanding and very attentive. Never seems rushed. Seems concerned with my health issues and I would truly recommend her to anyone. The staff is always very nice. The office is clean and well maintained.
Dr. Upchurch was exceptional in every way. She addressed each of my concerns thoroughly, ordered the appropriate labs, and made the necessary referrals — all without ever making me feel rushed. Her attentiveness and warmth made a real difference, and her bedside manner is truly something special. I am so grateful for the care she provided.
Dr. Upchurch is very thorough, listened to my concerns and her staff is friendly as well. This is a great practice for anyone looking for a primary care physician.
I would have given Dr.Upchurch 5 stars but as of recently her communication has been so poor. I had a physical appointment on 3/30 and didn’t receive the results in MyChart until 5/7 and that was after the fact I asked for them multiple times. Right now I am going back and forth with her to give me a referral to my GI doctor that I need to see ASAP but yet again no response from her. After this I will no longer be a patient of hers!
