Great customer service 👏
I had left a message the evening before that I was having sciatica pain in my right leg and that since I was traveling I was hoping to be seen the next day. She and her staff were so gracious and accommodating, they scheduled a video visit. They have always come through for me! I really appreciate it. Thank you Dr Upchurch and her PA Gabby.
Dr Upchurch has been my PCP for over a year now and I am very happy with her. Understanding and very attentive. Never seems rushed. Seems concerned with my health issues and I would truly recommend her to anyone. The staff is always very nice. The office is clean and well maintained.
Dr. Upchurch was exceptional in every way. She addressed each of my concerns thoroughly, ordered the appropriate labs, and made the necessary referrals — all without ever making me feel rushed. Her attentiveness and warmth made a real difference, and her bedside manner is truly something special. I am so grateful for the care she provided.
