I have called and spoken to Shayla's nurse last week (was promised a call back on Tuesday...it is now Thursday), and have left 2 messages this week to follow up on hospital stay. NOTHING! While I wait in pain because I can't take regular meds, nobody does ANYTHING to help or reply. EVERY MESSAGE should be answered within 24 hours. It had been 8 days! UNACCEPTABLE!
