They promised me fast results and it’s been so many years of dead silence and “bad news” they don’t even bother to call and update you about a single thing. I have had to call them for updates and the actual lawyers don’t even bother telling me anything instead the receptionist does all the talking? Am I paying for a lawyer or a receptionist?
