Shayfit has a very positive and unique approach to fitness. Implements effective training regimen’s for everybody on all levels. Very personable and motivating to achieve goals. Their new gym is very clean and has everything needed to complete all workouts. Most importantly, I believe her background in sports training sets her unique approach apart from other trainers. Highly recommend.
