Do Not do Business with this company as they dont pay their bills! Unscrupulous owner decided not to pay $32,000 in invoices because they didnt get paid from their client on unauthorized change orders. Owner Bill Kilgannon stated "do what you have to do to get paid". Nice... how about you pay you bills that you contracted for?
