Very professional jewlery designer . True craftsmanship and high end quality.
Fixed my piece so quickly and kindly and did not try and swindle (which done jewelers in the past have done!) Will be going back for any jewelry repair in the future!
I came across Shaya at the Union Square Holiday Market, and became enamored with the handmade silver rings that I saw. So of course I ordered two custom rings. One of the rings ended up being too big for my finger and Shaya exchanged it for a ring with a better fit for free. I cannot stress how stellar the customer service was. It's the only thing that outshines the craftsmanship of the jewelry. He's definitely gained a repeat customer. I'd rate higher than 5 stars if I could!
