Although the staff are friendly I can’t help but feel I was had. Having zero knowledge on trailer terminology made it difficult for me to comprehend what I had purchased when I signed paperwork since I bought trailer based on photos from website. Updated: Since Reno's were done, the service plummeted. You make an appointment but often times didn't get in until almost an hour later. The newer mechanic were definitely not as good as the old ones. Until going to another place, I truly believed an oil change took an hour and over 100 bucks. Ok tire showed me that it's only a 25 minute job at a fraction of the price. After years of loyalty, I had to go. It's a shame because Mike never changed. He was still as awesome as he always was, but he can't control all of those oth... read more
