I received an exorbitant bill for diagnostics of a boiler system. Pricing should have been clear upfront. It took them several visits to diagnose the problem. I don’t believe the technicians had expertise in the area therefore charging an inflated amount which should have been 2-3 hours per the boiler manufacturer recommendations. The repair estimate was over $10,000 with a warranty part supplied by the manufacture. I would definitely choose another service provider!

Way over priced. I had a pond dug out for a lot less than he charged me for two hours of work.

I'm sure they do good work but from my first time experience was not great. My wife and I have 2 kids 4yr and 5yr. Winter is here and our furnace has been not blowing heat but stays running and racking up our electric bills. I can reset the furnace myself and get the heat on. This is a reoccurring issue we needed solved because it's costly. First visit was as expected, trouble shooting and testing and even found a loose wire. Our AC was down today. Shay was out here within 30 minutes, after hours, and had us up and running within an hour. The best part is that the price was reasonable. Five stars all the way.
