My entire experience was amazing!! I’ve been to salons before that instantly made me feel overwhelmed — loud music, too much going on, and just not relaxing at all. But Shay’s salon was the complete opposite. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and such a great vibe. Her assistants are also amazing women who truly add to the experience. The staff and owner were amazing. Salon was clean and neat. Went with a vision and Shay mastered it. I found my new loctician, Shay and staff are great! Book your appointment expeditiously!!!!
Treated my Mom disrespectfully when requesting clarity on services. Would not recommend.
The owner was extremely rude and passive aggressive, unable to justify why my retwist, which included no wash or style, was charged $140 after a $40 deposit, despite being listed on the site for $140. It should have been $100 balance. I strongly advise AGAINST using this business. This salon is not into hair care for natural locs and uses extensions for most styles. TRASH
The Shay London team is sensational. Professional, hardworking and friendly. The salon is clean, beautifully decorated and it smells great! Can’t wait for my next appointment!
