Dr. Koch performed my reverse shoulder replacement in July. This was my first experience with Bon Secours, as my four previous orthopedic surgeries were done at Patewood. I'd heard that shoulder surgeries were the most painful procedures to recover from, but this has been surprisingly pain-free. Dr. Koch did an excellent job on the surgery, his staff is always responsive and helpful, and the nurses and PT at Bon Secours were excellent. An exceptional patient experience from beginning to end.
I was very happy with how thorough and relaxed manner with which Dr. Koch explained the condition my shoulder is in. He let me know what extra procedures he will have to perform to actually replace worn away bone before he can actually replace the shoulder. I have full confidence in Dr. Koch.
