Extremely accommodating. They are professional and experienced. I needed their assistance more than once for recommendation on container, type of flowers, color. They always create beautiful arrangements and do more than I expect. They always make our selection look like it cost more. Some florists just provide the minimum. Shay's may add extra greenery, baby's breath, a ribbon. Always some special touch. They have always put the greeting correct and will help you with wording if needed. Look at this gorgeous arrangement!!! Very artistic, I love that it’s a little asymmetrical and has a Beautiful artsy vase! Ann Shay went above and beyond to ensure this arrangement got to my sister for her birthday in time and also found her favorite flower, Stargazer Lillies!!
