I had unpacked my order, my husband had placed his magazines over a small package while I was unpacking. I went through the entire order and determined that 3 small fragrances had not been sent. Shay and Co. replaced them and then I found them 3 days later, under the magazines. They were gracious about the (my) error and gave excellent customer service. AND their products are highest quality! I did call and pay them for the replaced items.🧡✨
The staff and Owner are a delight to work with and they go above and beyond with everything they do. You can tell they put their time, energy, and care into their work serving others and it is super appreciated. Their website is packed with info about each of the products and all of my questions were answered without having to contact them.
