I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the buriti oil I recently received from shay and company. I noticed the oil sent to me is not authentic buriti oil. Authentic buriti oil is reddish-brown in color. The product I received is yellow. It's not real buriti oil! I reached out to customer service by phone and email to address this concern, but they didn't take my issue seriously. I also paid extra for expedited shipping, but I cannot use this fake buriti oil. So I will not be purchasing from this company ever again.
