Pharmacy is closed when the website and phone number says it's open. Somehow Google maps knows it's closed New Years day. The holiday hours posted in the store are also not accurate. If the correct hours were posted I would have picked up my prescription earlier yesterday but I trusted Shaw's website and now I have to go without until tomorrow.
Unbelievable inefficiency and rudeness.
This pharmacy has been great to me. The staff changes from time to time but these days they are excellent. They helped me out with navigating insurance related costs and ended up saving me $250 a month. In addition they are friendly and easy to talk to.
The Pharmacy is a joke! I switch to bubble packs because they said it would be easier, however it is not! You can’t get a hold of anybody, the people who do the bubble packs close early and then nobody can help you after that time, if they can’t get one med filled you don’t get any of the meds. And then, if you show your irritation, with the fact that it’s actually not easier, they just remove you all together and don’t even tell you…. Staff is very professional and friendly and prescriptions are always ready when they say they will be.
